Regal Court was the Federal Building which at one time housed cows and milking machines.  It was the home of the Supreme Dairy which is a local producer of cheese products.

Regal Court, located at 33 Long Street, East Greenwich, is a 35 unit low-income elderly development specifically limited to persons 62 years of age and older.

Regal Court tenants pay 30% of their adjusted gross income towards their rent and utilities.  It's residents association, in the near future, will be opening a small store to sell cards, etc. as a fund raiser for their association.

Regal Court has an on-site hair salon for the residents that is open weekly.

The Housing Authority of the Town of East Greenwich provides resident services and manages Regal Court.
